All support inquires for product in warranty are absolutely free, we only require your product Serial Number (S/N) to proceed. We use the S/N to validate several
items such as warranty status, ownership of the security appliance, and product type. To assist in the integrity of your security appliance we do not provide
significant support to those individuals without a proper S/N via phone or email interactions.
